I want to contribute in sys_windows package

Hi Odin team,
Thanks for this amazing programming language. I am a hobby programmer. My area of interest is desktop applications in Windows. Playing with win32 API is my hobby. I did some experiment with Odin + win32 API. But it seems that win api declarations are scattered in two packages. I learned from discord server, that Odin team is planning to remove package win32 and update package sys_windows. So I am happy to volunteer in this project. I forked this project and started changing the sys_windows package. But I think it's good to discuss with Odin team and progress. Please respond to this.

I am planning to remove package win32 and update sys_windows like this manner.

1. user32.odin
2. kernel32.odin
3. gdi32.odin
4. types.odin
5. constants.odin
   So I am going to update these 5 important files. There is no constants.odin & user32.odin now.
