Switch to fill uninitialized variables with a pattern for debug purposes.

Idea: -unitialized-pattern:feedface (or just a single hex byte if you prefer).
Would memset v := int(---) to this pattern instead of leaving it uninitialized.

Could be useful for debug builds.
