feat: RTTI reveals too much, add a way to turn it off

I never use it, yet my executable is full of strings, giving away too much informations, sure there is a way to obfuscate procedures, but it's not enough, and the algo is available in the compiler source, so a deob is easy to write

I suggest:

• add a way to completely remove RTTI for people who do not use it
• add simple compiler static type introspection for the simple cases, if runtime can't function without RTTI for example
