Add #github-discussions channel to discord server

Discord has #github-stream which shows commits, merges and comments on the code of Odin.

It would be be great if there was a #github-discussions channel that posted all activity on these GitHub discussion message boards. It's a good idea because it makes people on Discord aware of interesting discussions here and people who don't use Discord will feel like more people see their thoughts and ideas.

Also, I think it's good to have #github-stream separate from #github-discussions so it doesn't become too noisy.

Is the current bot some premade solution or is it a custom made one?

If it's premade then perhaps it already has support for redirecting discussions to a channel?
