Add intrinsic to check if a call to an overloaded proc would work

I would like there to be an intrinsic that can be used to check if a type or a set of types would satisfy an overloaded procedure.
For example lets say I have the following overloaded proc:

handle :: proc {
	handle_string,
	handle_number,
}

handle_number :: proc(value: $T) where intrinsics.type_is_numeric(T) {
	fmt.printfln("Number: %#v", value)
}

handle_string :: proc(value: string){
	fmt.printfln("String: %#v", value)
}

Overloading works very well when the handle function is called directly.
But lets say that I have a library, and the handle proc is not public.

I would like to be able to do the following:

do_something($value: T) where intrinsics.overload_proc_matches(handle, T) {
	fmt.printfln("Value: %#v", value)
}

Calling do_something will not work if the value is not of supported type.
