Can't specify the relevant decks for each goal

At the moment I'm only using the add-on for my "add X cards/week to your Anki decks" goals. So I'll be adding this feature only for that goal type, to start with.

Here's an ugly sketch of what I'm thinking of (why is the original UI right-to-left? 🤔):

Next steps:

• Populate select input using the deck names in the Anki collection
• Disable UI of "premium features" (let's leave the logic)
• Align inputs

And we should be good to go!
