Explanation of config.json settings/variables

Hi,

I am just returning to my Beeminder Anki goal after a few years and seeing what tools there are to automate syncing with Beeminder. Your updated plugin has worked for me and I'm really grateful! However, I was wondering if you could maybe post a general readme explaining the setup and different available configuration options, primarily those located in config.json.

Some of them I was able to suss out like obviously username and token, and the different sections of time, added, and reviewed make sense to me but some of the more specific config settings like did or lastupload would be helpful to know.

No worries if this fork/plugin is no longer maintained, I can get by with how it's working now, it would just be nice to know the entire feature set. Thanks!
