追加機能についての概要
Currently it is only possible to add ROIs from cell_roi tab. The buttons do not appear in non_cell_roi or all_roi

重要度
non_cell_roi and all_roi are the main place users search for ROIs. Having the Add ROI button in cell_roi is almost meaningless.
