Add possibility to check NE status

Would be nice to add subscription for NE status as well (https://www17.muenchen.de/EATWebSearch/)

This subscription can be added with longer duration (~1-2months), it can have longer check interval (~twice per day). And also it should be independent from main appointments checks.
