Is there a way to save unnamed buffers with my session?

I recently came across vim-remembers which is really slick in that is sessions your unnamed buffer so you always have it.

I don't see the need to use multiple session plugins and persisted is (IMO) well setup to incorporate this kind of useful feature given how persisted is able to associate sessions with directories and branches.

Is it possible to add the ability to include "unnamed buffers" to the session? If not, any idea what that work effort would look like?
