Reconnection issues

Issue to gather some more potential cases of Insight crashing instead of trying to reconnect.
Previous similar issues have been fixed by #305 . Maybe there are other places too which need a similar fix.

Looks ok too. OMEROGateway.handleException is actually the method which will trigger a reconnect attempt. Guess the reconnect must have failed too.
