[GAMEPLAY] Pilot stat cheat shouldn't require row wrapping

Steps to reproduce
Try the pilot stat changing cheat.

What happened?

It doesn't work unless you wrap the cursor on both rows.

What did you expect to happen?

The original doesn't require wrapping, just that every pilot was highlighted.
