CB goes back to the broken 3.18.12 #189
Description
CB 3.19.1 is now considered broken in CF, so we are getting the faulty 3.18.12 again in Windows, hence the errors in the last nightly. We could pin 3.8.11 again or ask CF to include conda/conda-build#3903 as a patch. I have asked in gitter.im.
