Forcing automatic rebuilds when upstream condaforge/linux-anvil is updated?

@Lnaden : Since our images are based on condaforge/linux-anvil, is there a way we can automate rebuilding of our cascade of docker images when new versions of the condaforge/linux-anvil image are pushed?
