Current Behavior

Developers report being unable to access the camera using the in-app browser.

Expected Behavior

Developers can access browser/device level APIs that are commiserate with the permissions already granted to the app (eg: camera)

Steps to Reproduce

Open a webapp that uses the camera in the in-app browser
Observe the app unable to access the camera

Expected Outcomes

Developers can access browser/device level APIs that are commiserate with the permissions already granted to the app (eg: camera)
