`flow keys generate` is confusing to EVM users

Problem

flow keys generate is confusing to EVM users, we should find a way to make it clear that this is for a Cadence account and that it should not be used to create the account in the faucet. It should be clear what EVM users can do to create a key-pair and fund their account instead.
