After reboot:

I can manually press start, and it will start without issues. But it is not automatically starting itself after reboot.

imho this looks suspicious to me:
C:\Users\Dell.VirtualBox
how about you try this by adding the missing backslash:
C:\Users\Dell\.VirtualBox

Thanks for your comment. That's how I do have it setup. I was missing the backslash in my comment, but not in the actual file.

For the time being, I've downgraded virtualbox to 7.0 and it is working as it should. When we get an update to VBoxVmServicetray, I'll upgrade the virtualbox.
