Update Mano requirements

The python package orjson needs to be added to Mano's package requirements list. In the meantime, I have added a pip install orjson statement to avoid any missing package errors. This statement can be removed once the requirements are updated.

orjson is not present anywhere in the repo. Pretty sure this is in your code.

(if we ever get around to a rework of this repo to, for example, use additional apis, I do plan to add and use it.)

Yes that's right, it is needed for some new code I added to helper_functions.py in the beiwe repository.
