We think this is related to the state of Texas moving to privatize foster care, but we aren't able to find a lot of public data, which means we can't effectively tell a story and advocate.
Texas CASA volunteers represent and advocate for children as they go through the foster care system. There are 75 regional CASAs across the state, and they are all individually run with guidance from the state-level org (ie, Texas CASA).
