"Hide Findings" in rescoring-view is broken / confusing

Observed Behaviour

If entering Rescoring-View in Delivery-Dashboard with some filters preset (example), toggling the "Hide Findings / With Rescorings" button will have no effect.

This is confusing.

Proposal

Let us drop hide-findings widget. Sorting resolved findings to bottom should already be good-enough.
