Transcription page should preserve the page position that is set by user between sessions

Describe the bug
The transcription page should preserve the positioning that a user sets for a given document between sessions. It would be even better if the same position could be used by other users who are transcribing the same page.

This could be fixed using the cookie mechanism for hiding boxes.
