Tooling: Investigate for a multi country or worldwide scale ProjetDuMois instance #15
Description
ProjetDuMois software allows to gather data from many sources (OSM notes, Osmose, OpenStreetMap itself) and encourage to contribute on missing features.
We currently use it in France for power pole inventory.
It can show existing and valid features against missing ones here:

It could be useful to rollout another instance dedicated to some countries where open data is available.
But it currently runs on a single country and would require optimization to run on several or worldwide.
What could be the downwards to extend it?
