I have successfully managed to get the miniscope working with Bonsai using a file from the Example Workflows folder; however, I am encountering a few issues:
I can't find the option to adjust certain parameters such as the camera's focus, which is available in the DAQ software.
Bonsai does not seem to offer options to differentiate between types of cameras. In the DAQ software, different device IDs specify whether the camera is a miniscope or webcam, but I do not see this distinction in Bonsai.
Could you please provide guidance of suggestions to address these issues? Thank you!

Let's address your second point first. The first step on this quick-start page should address it. If the Index property is incorrect, you won't be able to change any of the other miniscope properties such as imaging depth or LED Intensity.
Now that's fixed, keep scrolling down that page. You should be able to find help for adjusting all the parameters that you mentioned are in the DAQ software. If you wish to save data, trigger, and commutate, please refer to the User Guide for acquiring data with the Miniscope-DAQ.
Please let me know if this resolves your issue. I am currently in the process of revamping the miniscope docs. In the meanwhile, please feel free to raise additional issues in this repo that can be addressed by additional documentation.
