"multiple values" triggers validation when adding item

When a component had "multiple values" checked, the component will validate immediately after clicking the "add another" button when a value is already present, not when adding new items when no values are present, showing a warning:

Needs to be fixed but will take more time then someone might actually think: We're not going to fix it, because it's broken in FormIO:

We CAN however fix it in our own renderer, once we have enough budget for this and switch
