Fix confusing formatting of "Planet" link in First Steps page

Problem

On the First Steps page, the "Planet" link is currently written as:

This makes the word “Planet” bold, but only the text is clickable, which can confuse new interns into thinking the whole bolded text is a link. It creates unnecessary inconsistency with how other links are displayed on the page.
