Currently experiencing a few issues with claude code github action @v1 instability

1. Unlike @beta, @v1 doesn't leave PR comments automatically; instead leaves comments in the github action panel. This is an active bug in their repo: Issues with PR Review comments when upgrading from @beta to @v1 anthropics/claude-code-action#567
2. New bug with @v1 support for oauth codes tied to an active subscription. Step 2b in the manual setup guide doesn't work and instead has this error: "result": "API Error: 400 {\"type\":\"error\",\"error\":{\"type\":\"invalid_request_error\",\"message\":\"This credential is only authorized for use with Claude Code and cannot be used for other API requests.\"},. If we need anthropic API keys to run, we might as well do it using the copilot interface already integrated in github code review panel

The current resolution is to deactivate the workflow until the 2nd issue is resolved. Then we can address 1 by either downgrading to beta or a newer version if addressed
