Current Behavior
When navigating to the MyTeams section, the page takes more than 5 seconds to load, making the dashboard feel slow and unresponsive.

Steps to Reproduce
- Go to Dashboard
- Click on MyTeams
- Observe the loading delay (takes ~5+ seconds)
