HTTP Caching does not seem to function after enabling

Hello i reported issue #1045 for HTTP caching. Unfortunately i could not reopen it so i created a new one.

I updated to v0.58, which should include the fix for inter query caching. But it still does not seem to work for me.
I created a repo with a minimal setup to reproduce the bug/error(?). It would be nice to identify the issue so we can solve it properly.

Sorry for leading you astray! The issue is clearly how the cache is missed within the scope of a single request, not between multiple requests (even though that caching also is useful) 🤦 That's... weird to me. The result of evaluating the teams rule from your example should be put in the virtual cache, and any later lookup in the same evaluation return the value from there. The virtual cache isn't something you normally set (although there is an option to do so) but something's that's assigned automatically in eval.

I know the use of with can invalidate the cache during evaluation, but that's about it. I don't think that keyword is used in conftest eval somehow, right?
