Feature: add repo checking in the embed function #72

Current behavior
If a repo is embeded and we requested to embed it again, the server will run the embedding functions.
I would expect it to check if the repo is embeded or not, and provide a message based on that.
Suggested solution
add repo/collection checking function in the embed function.
