When crash happens ongoing session is not closed

In case of crash, we flush the ongoing logs but ongoing session is not closed. This issue is similar to #1397 but in this case we get the callback of the crash and can close the session(optionally we can mark the error as well in the session.end event if Otel permits the same)

Thanks @atulgpt. My comment in #1397 mostly applies here too. It's a good idea with some complicated/tricky implementation aspects. 👍🏻
