[chore] go version 1.22.6 -> 1.22.7 (#35059)

The goal here is to resolve warnings about
[GO-2024-3106](https://pkg.go.dev/vuln/GO-2024-3106). Simply replacing
all references from `1.22.6` -> `1.22.7`
