Feature Request: Enabling OpenTelemetry Collector Builder (ocb) to build without generating windows files

I'm only using ocb on non-windows machines, can we add a flag to ocb that specifies no windows files should be included in the go pkg?

I'm not sure the additional complexity of making ocb platform-aware is a good idea.
Especially since this is only generated Go files using build tags. So the windows file will not have any impact at runtime.

What actual impact are you seeing by having that file generated?

we have tooling that runs after ocb that bundles everything into a single pkg, and that brings windows dependencies.

we also have other tooling that allows fine grain control and excluding windows files, this issue is not a blocker but a nice feature if we could just pass --no-windows with a flag/var
