How do I add labels for querying in grafana loki with opentelemetry-cpp.

I've created an application that sends logs to grafana cloud using otlp. The log querying instance in grafana called loki automatically detects 3 lables for me to query my logs with , namely exporter, job and severity level. I was wondering if there's a way to add more labels either with grafana or the opentelemetry SDK.
