[accounting] Logs without TraceContext

In the current deployment, the Accounting service is emitting logs without TraceContext.

When checking logs from Cart service, we are able to see TraceContext.

The difference between the 2 services is that Accounting is using auto-instrumentation, so maybe we need to tweak a couple of things.

This issue is to track that.

The Accounting service is emitting logs without TraceСontext because logging occurs after the activity has ended. In the case of the Accounting application, an activity is only created for the "consume" operation. If you want to add a TraceСontext for logging, you should manually create and start an activity, then stop it after logging.
