Python contrib also publishes a meta package that includes all instrumentations https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-python-contrib/tree/release/v1.18.x-0.39bx/opentelemetry-contrib-instrumentations. It might be a good idea to use it so you don't have to go through contrib repo release notes.

As per this comment in requirements.txt, except aws-lambda other instrumentations are to be added.

So if we use opentelemetry-contrib-instrumentations, then that would add aws-lambda too.
