Description
Validation message not displayed when user fails to select in Add identifier screen
Steps to Reproduce
Select the client
Tap on add button under identifier
Tap on submit button without selecting any value
Expected Behaviour
Validation message should be displayed to update the mandate field
Actual Behaviour
No message displayed
