RFE - Provide a systemd user service

Hi,

Snapper can be used a regular user, e.g. for home directories (See also https://snapper.io/faq.html)

When only using snapper for home or regular directories, wouldn't it be useful to have a user systemd servce which can be enabled with systemctl --user to avoid using root entirely ?

Using a user systemd service should work. But since the current systemd service just triggers snapperd, which runs as root in any case, to create and remove snapshots the root user is still used for most of the code. I do not see e.g. a huge security improvement. Also it does not work out-of-the-box since per default only root can work with snapper.
