Describe what "collected from a compatible aggregator" is

This is the term that appears in the OpenAIRE EXPLORE portal for data sources which are indirectly collected via an aggregator that is compatible with the OpenAIRE guidelines.
A user suggested to add an explanation about it somewhere on the guidelines web site.
I am not sure which is the more appropriate section where we can provide such information.
Any suggestion?
