Release 2025 Add CI update

CI have been updated by @christian34
It would be nice to document how to update CI in the guidelines.

1. Go to the Actions and Add OpenAlea Workflow.
2. Create a branch
3. Fetch the branch and remove locally the old workflow file
4. Update the pyproject.toml (Detailed the new format with specific flags like

6. Push the changes
