Inconsistent Series rename behaviour

Currently I see 3 options to change the series name:

1. OC admin-UI
2. Ilias, oc-plugin, context-menu of the series-object
   
3. Ilias, oc-plugin, Settings-Tab
   

First I change the series name via option 2.
The series name is changed in the course-view (Inhalt), the breadcrumb trail and opencast admin ui.

Then I switch to option 3.

Note the name in breadcrumb and title.
I change the name again.
This affects the series name in OC but not in the course view, the settings menu or breadcrumb.

Environment (please complete the following information):

• ILIAS version: 9.8
• Plugin version: 9.0.6 Api 1.11.0
• Opencast version 17.2
