Create an XSLT for a "green" version of the XML

By using the @name attribute of the LOCATABLE classes as XML Element name we could create a more readable XML.
And collapse some of the DATA_VALUE_TYPES, e.g. the QUANTITY could just be written as "100 mmHg".
