Recipe URL de-duplication

This was a tricky problem to solve and it is now [documented in the code](https://github.com/openculinary/api/blob/bada293feb50de2cd0c7d6c077835e0c6d98e108/reciperadar/workers/recipes.py#L125-L181) -- it would make for a good engineering blog post.
