kserve-prometheus-k8s should be Role per namespace #103
Description
Currently we are creating kserve-prometheus-k8s as ClusterRole but creating RoleBinding for it per namespace.
It would be better if we could create kserve-prometheus-k8s as a Role per namespace.
It would also need accompanying changes to remove the Clusterrole from the caikit-tgis-serving respository and instructions. As well as changing the official documentation in collaboration with the docs team.
