Add ability to export/import notebooks #66
Description
Hello,
It would be great to be able to export/import notebooks like dashboards using the 'saved objects'.
Use case: when we deploy a new instance we have a script creating visualisations and dashboards in different tenants we are using. It would be great to be able to do the same for notebooks.
