Publishing Cluster State Applier Stats #564
Description
We are planning to publish cluster state applier stats
This involves publishing some granular metrics
- Latency - Time taken by cluster applier thread to apply the new cluster state on the respective node.
- Failure - The number of times cluster state application has failed since the lifetime of the node.
