logs in /tmp not rotating

We recently upgraded our cluster and now we find that the /tmp directory is constantly being filled up.

/tmp/performance_analyzer_agent_stats.log
/tmp/PerformanceAnalyzer.log

These files just continue to grow. It seems like there should be rotation occurring since it is in the /tmp.

This was brought up in the forums but wanted to open an issue in this repo too.

This is occurring in my projects as well. This file can reach many GB in a few days.
