[GH Request] Create new repository for `xblocks-extras`

Please create a new public GitHub repository under the openedx organization named xblocks-extras.
Additionally, please grant me (@hinakhadim ) write access to this repository so I can push code and manage PRs as needed.

Tagging @kdmccormick and @feanil as requested.

Reasoning

As part of the ongoing effort to better organize and maintain Open edX XBlocks outside edx-platform, we are requesting to create a new repository xblocks-extras (not installed by default) to host a collection of legacy or lower-priority XBlocks that do not fit under xblocks-contrib repository (installed by default).

This repository will help us group and manage these XBlocks more cleanly and transparently, as discussed in
openedx/edx-platform#34827
