Documentation needed for how to customize UI

I use a plugin to customize the registration fields. It would be good if it could be documented how to do that in the context of this new frontend as well. (Clearly it would involve setting ENABLE_DYNAMIC_REGISTRATION_FIELDS, but it's not clear where the actual other fields would be set, or how their values would be retrieved.)

I use this project to create custom registration fields: https://github.com/murat-polat/custom-form-app/tree/solo, so that students have to input different information at registration time.

Put another way, I was assuming that with this new mfe, the instructions from here (which the above is just a derivative of) won't work anymore. If I'm wrong about that, and the custom-form-app approach will still work with the mfe (if I can get it working on Olive...) then this may be able to be closed.
