Specs

• By default, all libraries are selected.
• Sort by collection is inactive unless only one library is selected. When inactive, there should be a tooltip with the text: "Select only one library to filter by collection"

• Clicking the filter icon should expand the filter options below
• When filters are active, the "Clear Filters" button should be available
• User state should persist for Library selection only: when a user selects a library and adds to a course, the next time the user enters an "add existing" flow, the library selection should persist.

Hi @ChrisChV, the filter by library in the add sidebar will show all available libraries. The filter will be defaulted to all libraries:

Hi @edschema, if there are many libraries, do we limit the dropdown to a certain size and add scrolling?

This is a good idea. Let's limit at five libraries and introduce scrolling beyond that.

@edschema How does the collections filter work! Is it similar to this library filter, i.e, we load all collections in the dropdown when a single library is selected and filter the containers based on it?
