[Import] Add Unsupported Content Placeholder Block Interactions

For placeholder blocks (blocks for unsupported imported content), what are the expected interactions?

• delete
• rename?
• sidebar?

@edschema I don't think any of these can be applicable to placeholder blocks as they are not present in the library in the first place.

We could however have a filter or something similar to show and hide them from the list.

I think this is intended for the case where a user imports an unsupported block, so it has a library placeholder like this. I noticed that on the staging server, it's currently impossible to select these blocks. As part of this ticket or a follow-up, we should define limited interactions that are allowed (including making sure basic ones like selection are supported).

Hi @navinkarkera, I'm wondering if there may be a more fundamental misalignment here. Are unsupported blocks not imported at all? Are the placeholder blocks just showing the name and the block type?

The intent, was to preserve the block OLX if possible so that if support was added, those blocks would then be usable.

@edschema @sdaitzman Yes, they are not imported at all. Our understanding was that the placeholder is just a placeholder to remind the author that these blocks were not imported.

Hmm, that is not how it works right now. I don't think it is technically possible with the current implementation. @bradenmacdonald @kdmccormick Any suggestions?

@navinkarkera @edschema @sdaitzman I think we could make it work that way, but I believe @navinkarkera is correct that it doesn't work that way at the moment, and it might need some major changes to make that happen. I think it would be good to do though.
